Thursday, December 26, 2024 -Friday, January 3 , 2025, children are allowed to enter the restaurant. Children under 13 years of age can be served a la carte, such as pasta only or main dish only, instead of a course. For junior high  school students and older, please order a course. Please bring your own baby food.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding children under 13 years of age who order a la carte, We may ask you some questions about your child’s meal, so please include your frequently used e-mail address. We cannot accept requests over the phone to prevent mishearing.

We apologize that on December 30 – January 3, our child (4 years old) might be wandering around the restaurant.
She may draw on an empty table, approach a customer’s table.
Although we try our best not to do so, there is a possibility that you may be greeted in such an environment.

The last entry for the standard course will be at 19:00, and after that, only short courses will be available. Also, I am very sorry, but due to personal reasons, I have to pick up my child from daycare at 22:00pm, so the closing time will remain at 21:30pm.We have decided to extend the last entry until 20:00pm because we have started a short course last year, and customers have been able to finish the short course in 1.5 hours.
We are still a little concerned about whether it is a good idea to open until 20:00pm, because we want our guests to enjoy not only the meal but also their time at Pgreco avoiding any rush. However, if there are guests who are willing to take the short course, we are happy to welcome them. As I mentioned earlier, if those who are dining before 19:00 pm cannot make it to the restaurant in time, please understand that we will only be able to offer a short course. We are looking forward to your reservation.

At Pgreco, we generally ask for your credit card information to make a reservation online.

However, we do not settle any payment online as payments will only be billed after actually finishing the meal at our restaurant.

Although it is rare, some credit cards are withdrawn on the spot depending on the customer’s registered card.

In this case, we will process the credit information for your reservation, after the payment at our restaurant is completed.

Please be assured that you will be refunded at that time.

Pgreco reopens for lunch time on the 14th of January 2023.

For the time being, lunch time is available on Saturdays only.

We offer only one course which is the same as Dinner Course for Lunch time.

The national state of  emergency has been declared to end at the 28th of February 2021.As for this Pgreco will reopen on the 3th of March. The reduction of business hours for restaurants is still continuing so Pgreco will be  open until 21:00pm. We will prioritize reservations at 18:00pm.Please contact us for reservations at 17:00,17;30 or 18:30.

As for the request of the reduction of business hours of restaurants in Osaka we have anticipated our closing time to 20:00 pm until the 7th of February, it is announced that the national state of emergency has been extended so  Pgreco  will temporarily close until the 7th of March. Pgreco will follow the government’s  countermeasures regarding the national state of emergency so we are humbly sorry and we kindly ask for your cooperation. We are temporarilty  stopping reservation by web so please contact us directly for more informations about reservations.

We will shorten the opening hours in the following period to 20:00.
